Christian Mentoring & Life Coaching at “Centered” seeks to be a confidential setting and safe space to apply the Gospel to all of life’s challenges- from negative self-talk to addictions to conflict, from chronic discouragement to forgiveness, from darkness to light!

Who coaches & mentors at Centered?

Steve Bickel has been helping folks for over 30 years to do just that…walk in the goodness of Christ’s grace. He has served in Pastoral ministry, mentoring hundreds in the joy of God’s kindness. There’s no category of conflict and struggle with which Steve has not helped people. Let him do that for you.

What tools help coach & mentor at Centered?

There are many resources that effectively help in the coaching & mentoring journey. Specifically, Steve is trained in CCEF’s (Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation) heart targeted model for change. Along with CCEF materials, he also uses his training in spiritual conflict resolution that has proved helpful for many. If you need help with your thought life, there are real answers! There are many other tools in his ‘toolbox’ to aid in coaching & mentoring: discipleship models, behavior and cognitive aids, accountability, practicing affirmation, unpacking identity issues --- especially applying the believer’s identity because of Christ --- that have proven helpful according to the need.
